[CES 2016] Nikon introduced APS-C camera D500
Although not equipped with full-frame sensor, but Nikon D500 DSLR camera are expected to be the king of the DSLR line APS-C sensor.
Basically, the Nikon D500 can see the next version of D300s model had been introduced long ago and also a "hot" name in the world of photography. However, in terms of hardware and features, the Nikon D500 has a lot in common with professional DSLR model Nikon D5 has just been unveiled at CES 2016.
According to Nikon, D500 is the start of a new era of crop camera (APS-C). Highlights include a sensor APS-C 20,9MP, high-speed image processor EXPEED 5. Compared with full-frame model Nikon D5, the Nikon D500 is not only impressed by the speed, but also light weight, very suitable for photographers favorite wildlife photography.
Although not support the maximum ISO light-sensitive range in the millions (ISO 3.28 million) as Nikon D5 model, but Nikon D500 still be pleased photographers because the device has light-sensitive range spread from ISO 100 to ISO 51,200 and can "stretch" in the range of ISO 50 to a maximum of ISO 1.64 million.
Not only have the ability to extend to the light-sensitive range makes admiring fans, the Nikon D500 is also capable of continuous shooting up to 10 frames/sec and also owns autofocus system with 153-AF points similar as senior brother D5. Not only that, the Nikon D500's cache also has space for up to 79 RAW 14-bit images. Nikon D500' body is made of magnesium and inherit weather-sealed design like D810 model.
Additionally, Nikon asserts the shutter of new generation DSLR has durability up to 200,000 times opening and closing.
Nikon D500 course also supports recording 4K/30p. In addition, this camera model is applied SnapBridge technology allows users to connect D500 with intelligent devices via Bluetooth. The Nikon D500 is also equipped with 3.2-inch touch screen resolution of 2.3 million pixels, XQD card slot parallel with a SD slot.
Expectedly, the Nikon D500 will officially on the shelve in March 2016 at a price of $2,000 for the camera body. Meanwhile, set Nikon D500 and lens 16-80mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR is priced $3,070.
