Sony launches Alpha A7S: full-frame 12.2 MP, ISO up to 409 600, 4K output via HDMI


At the press conference for the opening exhibition NAB Show 2014, Sony has launched Alpha cameras α7s toward users have higher demand for film, especially the support of 4K content through the HDMI connection.


Even more impressive is the ISO range support up to 409 600, equivalent to Nikon D4S and overcome any mirrorless model that is currently available on the market.

Along with α7s, Sony also announced the development of multipurpose lens E-mount FE 28-135mm f/4. This is the electronic zoom lens brings professional design with shift lens inside the body lens. The official launch time as well as price has not been disclosed.
