Nikon D5 officially launched at CES 2016, the price of $6500

After a lot of information rumors, finally Nikon's blockbuster has also launched.
With D5, Nikon first brought 4K video recording capabilities in a DSLR, this is not a Nikon's strengths over the years. This is a necessary change of the company, while the much cheaper products is also equipped with this feature.

Most important still is the image quality. According Petapixel, D5 has dimensions as large, the machine is equipped with a 153 focus-points system, 99 cross-type points and 55 optional points, shooting speed 12 frames/s in normal mode and 14 frames/sec in reflex mirror lock mode.

D5 using the Full-Frame Sensor FX-format 20.8 MB newly developed along RGB metering system with 180,000 pixels, EXPEED 5 processor, ISO from 100-102400 and may extend from the 50-3280000 if set "Hi 5" mode. A number that is too terrible.

Other features and hardwares such as touch screen 3.2-inch LCD size with a resolution of 2.36 million pixels, Viewfinder size 100% covered with 0.72x magnification, capable of shooting 4K video at 30p and 4K time-lapse well as support capturing still images while shooting video.

Also, D5 also integrate the standard connectivity USB 3.0, NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Nikon D5 will have two versions with different storage systems (two CF card slots or two XQD slots) and started selling to the market from March 2016 at a price of $6500 for the camera body.
